Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
• Monitor transporter TAT (Turnaround Time) and follow up for on-time deliveries.
• Handle FTL cost negotiations and ensure vehicle placement as per schedule.
• Understand documentation and compliance processes such as Invoice and E-Way Bill in B2B operations.
• Ensure proper cargo packaging to minimize transit damages.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for smooth logistics flow.
• Prepare and share daily MIS reports on material dispatch and delivery status with internal stakeholders.
• Perform 3PL freight bill reconciliation based on rate agreements.
• Basic understanding of SAP HANA / S4 will be an added advantage.
• Coordinate with insurance and 3PL partners for loss or damage claim settlements.
• Arrange reverse pickups with accurate documentation.
• Collect and upload POD (Proof of Delivery) in the ERP system.

• Basic knowledge of domestic transportation and related documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with transporters and 3PL vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong capability to handle unforeseen logistics challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling documents and compliance.
• Closure Orientation: Proactive attitude to resolve issues within defined timelines.
