Supply Chain Manager – JD & KRA
Responsibility (Job Description)
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch and logistics
- Ensure timely availability of material (Panels / Inverters / BOS) as per sales forecast
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouse team and internal stakeholders (Sales / Accounts)
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortage or excess
- Track orders from placement to delivery and resolve delivery issues proactively for inward.
- Ensure compliance in quality checks, packing standards, and damage prevention
- Work on cost optimization including freight negotiation and reducing overall supply chain cost
- Improve process efficiency through SOP, MIS reporting and automation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving order-related complaints quickly
Skill Set / Experience Required

- Freight negotiation & cost optimization
- SAP/Tally/ERP knowledge (or similar)
- Strong follow-up skills and quick turnaround coordination
- MIS reporting (Excel advanced – pivot, vlookup, dashboards)
- Ability to work under pressure with daily timelines
✅ Experience
Minimum 3–4 years experience in supply chain / logistics / procurement
Preferably from Solar / Electrical / Construction / EPC / Industrial trading
Experience handling high volume dispatch with multi-location customers
Pedigree (Qualification & Background)
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferred: MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) / BE (Mechanical / Electrical) / BBA/any Graduate with relevant experience
Certifications (Preferred):
Supply chain certifications (APICS/CPIM) – optional
Logistics/warehouse management certification – optional
Strong communication in English + Hindi + Local language must
