Job Summary:
A Warehouse Billing Executive manages invoicing, inventory records, and dispatch documentation, ensuring accurate and timely billing for goods movement. Key responsibilities include creating sales invoices/delivery challans, tracking PODs, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with accounts and warehouse teams. Skills include Tally/ERP, Excel, and inventory management.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, or a related field.
Core Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate, manage, and process accurate sales invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders in a warehouse environment.
- Inventory Record Maintenance: Monitor and record inward/outward stock entries to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs) daily with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely invoice submission.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve billing errors, damaged item issues, or discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports, including IN/OUT status and dead stock reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to streamline operations and payment processes.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years, with expertise in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), inventory software, or Tally ERP is often required.
- Educational Qualification: Typically 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
