Provide L1/L2 application support for the SAP Commerce platform.
Monitor orders, customers, pricing, promotions, and integrations with SAP, SFDC, SFMC, and other systems.
Identify and resolve order synchronization issues between integrated systems.
Coordinate with the Middleware team for integration-related issues.
Support business users with catalog, pricing, customer, and order-related queries.
Perform data validation and troubleshoot production issues.
