• Invoice creation, verification, and processing in SAP
• MIGO processing and delivery documentation management
• E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation
• Tracking dispatched materials and maintaining delivery status records
• Follow-up with transporters, branches, and customers for POD collection
• Ensuring timely confirmation of material delivery after invoicing
• Maintaining shipment tracking updates and system status records
• Coordination with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporter teams
• MIS reporting and system updates
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in billing and logistics processes
