Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Configure Salesforce standard functionalities including custom objects, fields, workflows/flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop complex automation using Salesforce Flows and migrate legacy automations (Process Builder/Workflow) to Flow.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, middleware tools, and platform events.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Build responsive and user-friendly UI using Salesforce Lightning App Builder and LWC.
Support Marketing Cloud journeys, automation studio, data extensions, and integration with Sales Cloud.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and end-user support as needed.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–2.5 years hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Admin configurations.
Knowledge of API integrations, platform events, web services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with flows, approval processes, and automation tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD (Copado, Git, SFDX).
Good understanding of data management (Data Loader, data model, deduplication).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or equivalent.
Salesforce Certifications preferred:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Administrator / Platform App Builder (preferred)
