The CSE will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers who utilize SKF bearings.

Key Responsibilities
• Searching for new customers that could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
• Traveling to visit potential customers.
• Establishing new an d maintaining existing long term rapports with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand,
anticipate and exceed their needs.
• Persuading customers that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms o f quality, price and delivery.
• Calculating customer quotations.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Offering after sales support services.
• Analyzing cost and sales.
• Preparing monthly reports for principles.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Providing pre sales technical assistance and product education.
• Performing technical presentations and demonstration how a product will meet customer needs.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Solving customer problems.
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
• Preparation of Visit plan prior for month ahead and strict
adherence to the same.
• Submission of Actual Monthly report to the Territory Manager on concurrence from the Director of Organization.
• Regular follow-up on the Quote submitted to the customer.
• Achievement of Business plan & growth target
• Payment reminders and follow up on issues raising on bills
submission to be taken care with the help of Accountant.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with bearings, vibration analysis, and alignment correction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
