Take inbound calls
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi English
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.
