Job Title: Picker
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Pick and Packer is responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Skills:
1. Attention to detail: Ability to accurately pick and pack orders
2. Physical stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
3. Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
4. Communication skills: Basic communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Picking:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to orders
- Ensure products are undamaged and match order requirements
2. Packing:
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment
- Ensure packages are properly labeled and documentation is complete
3. Loading and Unloading:
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or other vehicles
- Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
Measurable Goals:
1. Order Accuracy: Achieve an order accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher
2. Productivity: Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for picking and packing orders
3. Damage Reduction: Maintain a damage rate of less than 1% for products during picking and packing
4. Timeliness: Ensure orders are picked and packed within designated timeframes
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse
